Welcome to my webpage. This cite is always under construction!! I will add information useful to counselors and counselors in training. It can also be beneficial to parents and case managers working with families and children.

What I am working on

I am working on my Masters Degree in Community Agency Counseling at The University of South Dakota. I am also a Community Care Case Manager at Mid-Iowa Family Therapy Clinic. I recently became a certified Family Team Meeting Facilitator.

The value of this webpage

I work for families in Northwest Iowa doing the Community Care Program. I am also a Family Team Meeting Facilitator. I have been working in the Human Services field for six years now. I love it. I believe in Determination, Motivation, Empowerment and Success. This is diaplayed in the techniques I use in counseling and the families with which I work. I want everyone to succeed and believe determination to succeed, motivation from others and within, and empowerment from those around us is all that one needs to be successful in life. My approach is mostly one of behaviorism with brief therapy, and narrative touches. I believe humor is essential to life and the process of change.
